The Tasting Room & Taphouse at Mount Ida Reserve is located approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Charlottesville. GPS may not direct you correctly to the specific event entrance. For detailed driving directions, please download our directions guide. Look for wedding signage upon approach.

Ample parking is available near the Tasting Room. Please follow the signs for "Wedding Parking" upon arrival. Staff will be present to assist if needed.

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early (around 4:10 PM - 4:15 PM) to find parking, get settled, and enjoy the atmosphere before we begin.

We'd love for you to dress up with us! The dress code is Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire. Think suits, cocktail dresses, or elegant separates.

The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors (weather permitting), taking advantage of the beautiful scenery. The dinner and reception will be held indoors in the Tasting Room.

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
